Hi Guys,
I have been hooked on to Sephora’s sheet masks for quite a while now. Sephora has a collection of 8 different sheet masks catering to varied skin benefits. They have also come out with smaller versions of these masks meant for the eye contour. Today I am reviewing two brightening face masks – Pearl & Rose masks.
Product Description
Each mask is infused with a different active ingredient for relaxing the skin and achieving a brighter, more revitalized complexion. The fiber masks perfectly hug facial contours for better penetration of the active ingredients.
Pearl Mask:
Perfects and brightens with natural-origin pearl to create high luminosity.
Rose Mask:
Provides deep moisture and brightening properties through natural rose extract.

What I think
Sephora fiber masks comes in the regular serum soaked white sheet packaging. The sheet is pretty well soaked with liquid but not at all heavy. The shape of the sheet fits the facial contours well enough but they might appear slightly broader. But with a little tweak here and there, fitting the mask in place should be easy. As directed, I take the mask off after 15 minutes. The sheet is not entirely dry at this point but it has pretty much deposited most of the product into the skin. You could leave the mask for a few more minutes until the sheet is almost dry. You might observe excess product left on the face. Just massage that into the skin and you are go to go. There is no need of any rinsing. One little quirky thing I do is pop these masks in the fridge 5 minutes before application. It adds a cooling and soothing feel which is an added bonus in my opinion.
Sephora Pearl Mask
Sephora Pearl Mask comes with Natural white pearl that evens out skin tone and Broccoli extract that supposedly adds clarifying and harmonizing properties. Immediately after taking the mask off, you would see an instant difference in the skin. The face appears radiant and extremely smooth. The glow lasts for about a day or two. This is a quick fix mask if you have a special occasion coming and would make an apt choice for the night before. I have repurchased this one quite a few times as well as the eye mask and it is definitely one of my favorites from the Sephora masks.

Sephora Rose Mask
Sephora Rose Mask comes with Natural rose and rice extracts that moisturizes skin and Broccoli extract. Once the mask is off, you would see the skin appears brighter, soft and well hydrated. This mask is just like the pearl mask with added benefits of moisturization. Those with dry skin should get this mask over the pearl mask. Since in summers my skin is more combination – oily I prefer the pearl mask over this one but come fall/winter, I would look no further than the rose mask when my skin needs some brightening.

In the spirit of Halloween, here is how the mask looks!! Lol (Any one reminded of Red John from The Mentalist??? *High Five* if yes 😀 )
Recommendation
I highly recommend the Sephora Pearl mask for that last minute skin fix. Sephora Rose mask would be the perfect alternative to Sephora Pearl mask for those with dry skin or for anyone who is looking for some added hydration.
